We source tender pods measuring 12-15 cm in length with uniform diameter. On the day of harvest, we complete the entire process: washing, trimming ends, sorting, blanching, ice-water shock cooling, and quick-freezing at -30°C. This ensures maximum retention of the beans' vibrant green color and crisp-tender texture. After freezing, the pods remain straight and plump with a fresh green hue. Once thawed and cooked, they retain their crispness—never mushy or soft.
